1. Genel
Bu kullanım şartları, Koodla ("Şirket") tarafından sunulan Koodla uygulamaları ve hizmetlerinin kullanımını düzenlemektedir. Hizmeti kullanarak bu şartları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.
2. Hizmetin Tanımı
Koodla, kullanıcı ve işletmelerin dijital hizmetler oluşturmasına, QR kod aracılığıyla müşterilerine sunmasına olanak tanıyan bir platformdur.
3. Hesap Oluşturma
- Hizmeti kullanmak için geçerli bir e-posta adresiyle hesap oluşturmanız gerekmektedir.
- Hesap bilgilerinizin güvenliği sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır.
- Hesabınız üzerinden gerçekleştirilen tüm işlemlerden siz sorumlusunuz.
4. Kullanım Kuralları
Hizmeti kullanırken aşağıdaki kurallara uymanız gerekmektedir:
- Yasalara ve düzenlemelere aykırı içerik yüklememelisiniz.
- Başkalarının fikri mülkiyet haklarını ihlal eden içerik paylaşmamalısınız.
- Hizmeti kötüye kullanmamalı veya sisteme zarar verecek eylemlerden kaçınmalısınız.
- Yanıltıcı veya sahte uygulama bilgileri yayınlamamalısınız.
5. İçerik Sahipliği
Yüklediğiniz uygulama içerikleri, fotoğraflar ve işletme bilgileri size aittir. Koodla, bu içerikleri yalnızca hizmeti sağlamak amacıyla kullanır.
Koodla, hizmetin tanıtımı amacıyla anonim istatistikler paylaşma hakkını saklı tutar.
6. Hizmet Değişiklikleri
- Koodla, hizmeti önceden bildirimde bulunarak veya bulunmaksızın değiştirme, güncelleme veya sonlandırma hakkını saklı tutar.
- Ücretli özelliklerin eklenmesi durumunda, mevcut kullanıcılar makul bir süre öncesinde bilgilendirilecektir.
7. Sorumluluk Sınırlaması
Koodla, hizmetin kesintisiz veya hatasız olacağını garanti etmez. Hizmet "olduğu gibi" sunulmaktadır. Teknik arızalar, veri kayıpları veya hizmet kesintileri nedeniyle oluşabilecek doğrudan veya dolaylı zararlardan Koodla sorumlu tutulamaz.
8. Hesap Sonlandırma
- Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman silebilirsiniz.
- Kullanım kurallarını ihlal eden hesaplar önceden bildirimde bulunmaksızın askıya alınabilir veya silinebilir.
9. Uygulanacak Hukuk
Bu kullanım şartları Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir. Uyuşmazlıkların çözümünde Türkiye mahkemeleri yetkilidir.

1. General
These terms of service govern your use of the Koodla application and services provided by Koodla ("Company"). By using the service, you agree to these terms.
2. Service Description
Koodla is a platform that enables restaurants and businesses to create digital services and share them with customers via QR codes.
3. Account Registration
- You must create an account with a valid email address to use the service.
- You are responsible for the security of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
When using the service, you must adhere to the following rules:
- Do not upload content that violates laws or regulations.
- Do not share content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
- Do not misuse the service or engage in actions that could harm the system.
- Do not publish misleading or fraudulent application information.
5. Content Ownership
Application content, photos, and business information you upload remain your property. Koodla uses this content solely to provide the service.
Koodla reserves the right to share anonymized statistics for promotional purposes.
6. Service Modifications
- Koodla reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the service with or without prior notice.
- If paid features are introduced, existing users will be notified within a reasonable timeframe.
7. Limitation of Liability
Koodla does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. The service is provided "as is." Koodla shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from technical failures, data loss, or service interruptions.
8. Account Termination
- You may delete your account at any time.
- Accounts that violate the usage rules may be suspended or deleted without prior notice.
9. Governing Law
These terms of service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Turkish courts have jurisdiction over any disputes.
